In this lesson students will preform a webquest reviewing the cell cycle and cancer cycle. Students will be provided a webquest worksheet which has links to specific videos. With each video there are set of questions that pertain to the video
To begin class I will explain that we will be working in the computer lab to preform a web quest on the cell cycle and cancer cells.

What causes cancer cells?
Today we are going to go in depth into both of these processes
Activities
Students will preform the web quest activity watching the interactive videos and then answering the questions. This activity will take the whole class period. I will walk around the lab looking to make sure students are completing assigned work.
Closing
At the end of the period I will facilitate a group discussion. Asking if the class learned anything new during this webquest on either the cell cycle processes or cancer.Why do you think that learning about this is important. What are your opinions of the webquest? Did you enjoy it? Learn new things? or was is boring and not informatiive?
Assessment Notes
At the end of the class I will collect the classwork that will be graded. I will also assess the students opinions with the webquest for future use.
